High-level documentation for SHiP software

• The file zensical.toml controls the site appearance. Add filenames there to have them appear as tabs, inside the nav array.

• The documentation files are located in the docs/ folder, using Markdown syntax: create your new file there with the filename given above.

• Edit and commit changes, the GitHub page will update. This is controlled by the file .github/workflows/deploy-docs.yml.
