Update images in old tutorials

Updated image insertion method in the tutorials "The Mechanical Elements" and "Validation of Models".
The code for inserting images now matches the other tutorials.
For tutorial "The Mechanical Elements" all images have also been updated so they are not old images. And the download demo models have been updated to fit with the newer versions of the download demo models used in other tutorials.
