Documentation

We need to add some documentation to this repository with a brief overview that this provides objects to be used with https://github.com/rdfjs/wrapper and an overview of how to use them / example usage.

Note that full documentation for https://github.com/rdfjs/wrapper is currently being developed in https://github.com/rdfjs/wrapper/pull/31.
