Navigation items are missing in mobile view

**Description:**
Currently, the "Projects" and "Community" navigation links are hidden when viewing the website on a mobile device.

**Proposed Solution:**
Implement a mobile navigation menu (such as a hamburger menu) and add the "Projects" and "Community" links to it so mobile users can easily access those pages.
