Feature Request: Add search functionality by project name

**Description:**
As the number of submitted Air framework projects grows, it will become increasingly difficult for users to locate specific tools or repositories just by browsing.

**Proposed Solution:**
Implement a text search input above the projects list that filters the displayed items by their project name. This will significantly improve discoverability and overall user experience.
